Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are manufacturer. We have our own factory, and we welcome customers to visit our factory at any time.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally the lead time is 30 days. Cause most orders are customized, we need to arrange production. Also the lead time depend on product type and quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free, but we do not pay for the delivery cost.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: For official orders, 30% T/T in advance, balance to be discussed.
If trial order or sample order, full payment must be done before production.
