Q1. Can you produce goods due to our technical requires?
Yes. We have our own R&D department which always make every effort to create our new products and maximum customer's satisfactions.
Q2. Are your products friendly with environment?
Of course. Our terracotta panels, baguette and roofing tiles are made of well-known natural clay sources, processed with modern production line, applied advanced technology from Europe which minimizes emission into environment.
Q3. Do you commit 100% about technical characters of products?
We have to notice that our products are built by complete natural factors, even colors. Therefore it contains unavoidable errors but staying at acceptable degree of building material world.
Q4. What about your payment?
We both accept: T/T & L/C.
Payment term: 30% deposit in advance, the balance paid before shipment or to be discussed.
Q5. How about delivery time? Can I get goods immediately?
We always have available good in stock but normally it take about 10~15 days depend on final confirmation
Q6. Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we can. But the delivery cost should born by your side.
Q7. Is it possible to visit your factory?
We always welcome customers visiting us in order to know how professional we are and know more about our company and products.
Q8. How many countries have you products been exported?
We have been exporting terracotta products to USA, Korea, Japan, Russia, India, Middle East etc..
